Bandai Namco sees the Epic games shop as both an opportunity and a danger

Bandai Namco, the jap mega-company responsible for publishing video games like dark Souls and Dragon Ball FighterZ, isn't seeking to strike any distribution deals with the Epic video games shop. Hervé Hoerdt, senior vp for advertising, digital, and content material for Bandai Namco Europe, mentioned the company views Epic as each a serious possibility and a big opportunity for the games industry.

"it's spectacular, they've a lot of energy and [lots of] users," he defined. "The business model is captivating to us because it's greater profitable, however nonetheless, their activity is—if i'm proper—exclusivity. And here's not our vision."
